I went in to have work done on my 2017 Countryman S All4 in early September. While getting an update on potential work to have done, I inquired with Marcus about leasing/purchasing a new Countryman, with similar specs. I simply asked him to "run the numbers." He searched their database for cars on order to Keeler, and located one that had just been produced but was still in Germany. I liked the option to purchase with special financing, and thanked him for the information. Two weeks went by and Marcus kept gently checking in, seeing if I had questions and asking if he could work with me to get my payment where I felt comfortable trading my 2017 in and purchasing new. I finally pulled the trigger and put down a deposit. Delays in shipping were painful, but when I finally received my new Countryman two weeks ago, the process and paperwork were made incredibly easy. This was really appreciated. The experience working with Marcus and the entire service team at Keeler was excellent: they know what they are doing, and they now have a customer for life! Thank you, Marcus, for your patience answering my questions, and for making the transition to my new Countryman such a pleasurable experience. And, the best part: I absolutely LOVE my new, upgraded Mini Countryman!!!
