Recently purchased a 2025 BMW X5 which we ordered (already in production) from Kelly BMW. Dezirae was our sales rep and not high pressure at all and patient with us regarding all features and with the order.  She came in on her day off so we could do some paperwork ahead of time. My wife ordered her X1 build in May and received it at the beginning of this week. The whole experience with Nick from beginning to end was exceptional. Discussed what we wanted, kept us updated, and let us know of any possible issues that could happen with delivery (due to it coming from Germany). We have bought plenty cars before and it usually takes hours(4-7) between arriving to pick it up to leaving with the new car; however at Kelly BMW; from arrival, to turn in trade-in, and leaving the lot with the vehicle was maybe 1hrs total (30min of that was probably sitting in the new car going thru the features). They are on point here and would definitely recommend them for anybody looking into future purchases.

Also, I bought my X3 M40i from Nick Conatty here, too. Also took 30 minutes to get in and out. We look forward to continuing business here.
