From the moment I called Ken Ganley VW, I received the absolute BEST customer service.  Both sales managers, Igor and Michael did great a great job setting up the initial appoint, answering specific questions about the vehicle, and getting me the best possible price and interest rate available.  I even received a follow-up call and email from Elle, confirming my upcoming appointment that included directions to the dealership.  They knew I was driving two hours to get there and wanted to ensure I had everything I needed ahead of time.

Lauren, the finance manager, was extremely personable and friendly.  She explained my contract in great detail, as well as my options for warranties and other added coverages.  She was very thorough, but not at all pushy, and I greatly appreciated that.

And I can’t say enough about our salesman, Kevin.  He was not only friendly and fun, but also extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling.  I can honestly say I’ve never had all my many questions about a vehicle answered CORRECTLY during the initial test drive.  It’s very obvious that he not only enjoys his job, but takes it very seriously and studies well the products he sells.

Did I mention that I arrived a hour before close and all four of them, the sales manager, the salesman, the finance manager, and even the manager of the detail department stayed two hours after close to make sure I left with the vehicle I came for!!!???  I will ABSOLUTELY be using this dealership again down the road for my next vehicle!  Thank you all for your exemplary service!  God Bless!

I have to say Ken Ganley Volkswagen is one of the very few car dealerships my wife and I have had a pleasurable experience at. I called and spoke to Jordan Hammad to check the availability of a used vehicle because we would be driving 2 hours to see it. He kept in very good communications with me to assure it would be there when we arrived. Jordan was very polite and respectful during the negotiation process. When we had questions he could not answer his sales manager Michael stepped in and assisted. We were able to come to price that we were happy with and finalized the deal. There were a few things that were found in the pre-sale inspection that needed addressing before we could take delivery, so we ultimately left without the vehicle. The vehicle needed new tires as well as front brake rotors and pads. Once again, Jordan kept in good contact with us during the repairs. He informed me that during the repairs their technician commented that while the rear brakes were at an “acceptable” level he would suggest that since the front was being done that the rears should be done as well. Even though that meant there was additional costs the dealership did not try to pass that on to us. In todays day and age that is totally unheard of! Once the repairs were done Jordan contacted us to let us know, but there was a minor mishap that happened during the repairs. Somehow while the vehicle was on the lift the rear lift gate opened and had sustained a scratch. Most dealers would not even mention this and just hoped that we didn’t notice it. Jordan’s honesty and integrity would not let him dismiss this. The dealership once again offered to keep the vehicle and make the repairs. When Jordan sent us pictures, my wife and I decided that while it is a noticeable scratch we would take the vehicle and pursue that repair ourselves. We were so impressed with Jordan and the team at Ken Ganley we would not hesitate to make the 2 hour drive every time we need a vehicle.
