Absolutely outstanding customer service from Ben (Sales), Jeri (Finance) and even Ken (the owner).  I had a 500 mile search for a very specific vehicle and am I lucky that "The one" happened to be at this dealership.

Where do I start? Nothing but a friendly and helpful partnership from the get-go.  I let Ben know I wasn't one for haggling and we worked together to get to a deal that everyone felt good about. After committing to the deal he even created a hype movie for me to show my kids and get the excitement up, legendary.  Regular updates, easy communication over chat or phone and just a highly personable Brit that was willing to go the extra mile.

Given I was an out of state buyer, Jeri had to do a lot of extra work in coordinating with my insurance team, the title service and the tough to deal with MA state laws (MA doesn't recognize temporary license plates.).  What finance person gives out a hug upon finally meeting their customer?  Jeri does.  You're a star.

Ken even hopped on the phone in lieu of Ben one day to just talk me through the vehicle, letting me know his team was going to each replace the performance tires, performance brakes, take care of any recalls, provide a tune up and thorough detail.  All of this after we had already agreed to a sale.  That's quality.

What an upstanding group of humans.  A true pleasure to work with. I hope our paths cross again some day.

Well I had some hurtles in the way but Jerri helped me work everything out.  If you need a car and fast these people do everything they can to get you in a car. It took me about four days to get a car but it is worth it and Jerri is very clear about everything, she is the finance manager but she works very hard and she will help you!!
