My family had purchased our last 3 vehicles from Ken Pollock Mitsubishi. This dealership is pretty small, and it's to their benefit, as well as their customers. The departments communicate very well, the inventory has an excellent number of vehicles in stock and the staff easily remebers their customers. I truly appreciate how professional and yet easy going all of the employees are - you rarely see this type of a dynamic at a dealership. I never feel pressured or being taken advantage of. David in Sales is very patient, accommodating and is a great communicator. Greg in Financing does an excellent job of explaining financing options and the additional contracts the dealership offers -the pricing and coverages are actually unbeatable.  This dealership is a local gem.
