Michael K was a pleasure to work with and made buying a new Subaru Outback a breeze.  I definitely will be a returning customer.  The new Outback is everything I could ask for in a car and can't wait for the first road trip this weekend.

I would rate this 4.5 stars but did a 5-star A) because I can't do 4.5 star and B) because I failed to verify that a trickle charger was included in the winterization previous to purchase.  On the phone I was told of the option of the trickle charger, and let my preference be known. It would have been a solid 5 stars if the salesman told me that the battery heater was installed not the trickle charger.  Instead, my preference of the trickle charger was forgotten, and I left the lot with a battery heater in place of the trickle charger, not to be discovered until the following Monday.  At which point they offered the trickle charger installation for $199.  The salesman is working on getting this remedied (not to the price of $199) and I hope I can post an awesome follow up review, to include the solid 5-star rating.

Kendall Subaru is awesome!! Keep up the good work.  And people if you know what's good for you, buy Subaru at Kendall.

Great service when I got my tires changed over. They suggested an additional service based on my mileage. I accepted. My only disappointment was confusion when I was trying to order a spare tire and rim. The person on the card never responded to my email and the parts departments said they would "look into it" and call me back twice but never did. I gave up on ordering a full size spare from this place. It may have something to do with me trying to pick it up without an appointment.
