I recently had some work done in my vehicle here. When I walked in, the man assigned to my vehicle (Sean Cowell) was with someone and it was busy. Sean let me know he’d only be a few minutes and did not seem irritable or frustrated. After assisting the other person, he reviewed the service that was done and I asked him to check something specific before I left. He offered to walk out to my car, guided me step-by-step on the adjustments, and made sure I understood how to do some things on my own before I left. I’m very pleased with his customer service.
