I brought my 2023 Kona in last week for Service. While I was waiting Kurt came over and introduced himself. He asked me if I would consider trading in my 2023 for the new 2024. He explained it had a lot more room and features than the 2023. He was so nice and personable. I said it would not hurt to take a look.
