Excellent repair service at fair prices.  Customer is kept informed every step of the way as to what needs to be done and costs of repairs.  Customers are first told of what needs to be done and if they agree to the repairs.  Associates are very friendly and knowledgeable.  I have taken my 2008 C30 to Keystone Volvo for service since purchasing my car from them.  I have always been satisfied with the work and prices.

Great service. I had a fly tire requiring a new tire. I was out of town and it was a Sunday when everyone was closed. Keystone got me in their service first thing on Monday and did the repair. Very appreciative. High level of professionalism and friendliness. Thanks

We live in upstate NY. My daughter was traveling through Bryn Mawr with her college team when ALL the warning lights came on in her 2012 Volvo V70XC. The Berwyn team determined, not surprisingly, that after 12 years and 265K miles, the engine was shot. I was so impressed with the communication (including videos) throughout the diagnostic process. The Berwyn team, in particular Jon Morrison, was incredibly helpful when I drove down to clean out the car and they helped coordinate donation of  the vehicle to Alex's Lemonade Stand. If I were closer, I would absolutely be returning for new car. Thank you very much.
