Welcomed by a wonderful representative, Gary, who greeted us. He wasn’t a “salesperson” as he didn’t push us on a sale. Gary was extremely knowledgeable on the product,  pricing and an absolute pleasure all the way around. We met Keith the sales manager who came over to introduce himself. We ended up trading in our one car (best price we had) and purchasing a new Seltos. We had a tour of the new dealership and it is absolutely gorgeous. Best dealership in Johnson City with the best team- sales, service and management!

We just traded our 22 sportage in for a 24 serento and  Adam kriner was our sales man and he was absolutely wonderful. On the way there my wife told me what all she wanted in the new vehicle and the first one Adam showed us was to the t what she wanted like he already knew. Adam helped and worked to get us to payment with in our budget made sure the car was inspected and detailed. Not only did he preform he job extremely well he was very sociable honest and  easy to get along with Adam is someone we could just sit with a shoot the breeze any day it was like working with a friend.  We couldn’t be any more happy with our decision and hope next time we have the chance to work with Adam again KIA of  Johnson city if you see this you need to give that man a promotion he went above and beyond
