Buying my car from Kia of Manhattan was a lovely experience! As an out of state buyer, they made me feel like I was there in person. Thomas and Isaac sent me videos and photos of the car, worked with a pre-purchase inspector I hired, and was consistently available for questions or concerns I had. They were never pushy or demanding. Purchasing was seamless, and they handed my car off to the shipping carrier with ease. It was just a great experience.
