My wife and I recently visited Koeppel Hyundai to pick up our brand-new 2024 Palisade Calligraphy Night edition. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Ghandi the General Manager, who had assisted us previously. He introduced us to Ali E., the person handling our transaction.

Ali assured us that the car was fully prepped and ready to go. As we stepped into the glass showroom, we were impressed by how immaculate and shiny the car looked. However, upon inspecting the interior, I noticed that the seats were not leather.

Curious, I asked Ali about the suede-like seats. He explained that these were the Exclusive Dark Premium seats, unique to the Palisade Calligraphy Night edition. Sensing our hesitation, Ali offered an alternative: Napa leather seats. He promptly checked their inventory and returned with two options—a black car and a moonlight cloud one.

We chose the Moonlight Cloud car, and while we signed the paperwork, they prepared the car for us. Overall, Ghandi, Ali and the Koeppel team went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. Everyone was very accommodating. We highly recommend buying from Koeppel Hyundai.
