After my experience with Koeppel Nissan as a first time new car buyer - I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Raul was my sales associate during the process and was a pleasure to work with. I was quickly shown the vehicles and test drove them within minutes of meeting Raul. It did not take us long to pick which vehicle was best for me along with showing me all color/interior options available. Raul was confident during the process without being overbearing, he was also extremely knowledgeable about the car/brand and knew the value of Nissan. I made a deal on my first visit with confidence. He was extremely communicative throughout the process and text me all updates very promptly. I was able to pick up the vehicle several days later and even with minor unrelated inconveniences surrounding my changing of plates - Raul corrected the problem within minutes - saving me potentially hours of time at a NY inspection and a delay in taking the vehicle home. Alex in finance was also extremely pleasurable to work with, had all the paperwork ready and answered all my questions. When I was ready to take my new car home, Raul took the time to teach me all my new features and made sure I was comfortable with the car!! The process was completely painless and smooth especially as a first time new car buyer!!!

I was communicating with the assistant of my new Rogue.  Moe Awaad was a new employee with the dealership and he qas so professional and so very nice.  he answered all of my questions and helped me decide what to do And which was the best for me.  I have been coming here a very long time and will again in the future.  All of the employees are very nice and considerate
