The guys here are great! I saw Edwin first and he was so friendly and sweet! Mike was honest and explained everything that my car needed. He communicated with us and my car was ready exactly when he said (washed too)! I appreciate the effort, these guys work very hard. The price was fair too.

I have been a customer for over 14 years and consistently my experience has been outstanding. It can be difficult for a private business to maintain this level of customer service, however Kundert has managed to deliver exceptionally for all these years. From scheduling an appointment to working with Michael (Service advisor), all 5 stars!
Also it is important to mention that the remodelled waiting area is clean and comfortable and all the representatives of Kundert are courteous. Well done and keep up the good work.

Was driving through New Jersey’s 17 and while taking gas I noticed a bubble on my tire, searched for a nearby Volvo dealer and luckily it was Kundert Volvo where MIKE Accommodated me without an appointment and tire that was only Volvo warranty was changed without any charge.

There’s also a nice waiting room premises where you can enjoy coffee and more while you wait.

At the Kundert Volvo Service Department, I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called about fixing my sound system that had just quit.

When I got to the service department, I was treated excellently by Kundert’s staff. I was politely informed with all of the updates. The waiting area was very clean, comfortable, and the free fresh coffee, sandwiches, and snacks were very welcome.

I waited for several hours at the dealership for the troubleshooting to be conducted. But, unfortunately they didn’t stock the part that I needed. Considering the age and rarity of my model, I expected that parts would be needed to be ordered.

Even though it’s a holiday weekend, my Volvo service representative was able to order the needed part for installation on the second day that they reopened for business.
