My point of contact Grace was great. When I brought my car in for service for a hood latch issue, another issue arose where a wheel panel came off as I was taking my daughter home later in the day. Now no eta on the part. Sales person great but the service..took it down to a 4 star.

Great service!  The service representative was very nice and quick with signing me in and out. I gave them a dirty car and they gave it back to me clean. I got inside of the vehicle and saw that they had cleaned it also. My drivers side floor mat really needed cleaning. Thanks ????
