My sales rep even took the time to FaceTime me to troubleshoot the issue, which showed true commitment to customer service. When it became clear I needed to bring the car in for service, he met me in the service department and ensured everything was taken care of seamlessly. I greatly appreciated their knowledge of EVs, especially with the Hummer being a new addition to the market. LaFontaine truly crushed it with this vehicle! Additionally, their ability to source a wide range of vehicles, coupled with the sales rep’s willingness to collaborate with the finance manager, has convinced me—a usually independent, own multi-vehicle.. shopper—to become a long-term customer. Couldn't ask for a better experience; it was absolutely worth it!

I’ve been looking for a certified pre-owned Cadillac XT-4 for over a year. Most I’d found were FWD and I was determined to have AWD plus navigation, and extras.
