We ordered the new redesigned Santa Fe and just picked it up last night. Joe Kelly was fantastic to work with and he kept us informed the entire time as we waited for it to be built and delivered. He showed us all the details of our new vehicle and has followed-up to see we had any questions once we got it home. Christian was also fantastic with some of the paperwork. We love our new Santa Fe and the experience in getting it was so pleasant and easy.

We were committed to buying a hybrid, but we’re looking primarily at used RAV4s or CRVs… we stopped by Laird Noller to look at their used inventory and were shocked to find out about the great warranty and the new Hyundai we could get for the same price. We had started in Topeka (where we live) and had just dropped by Lawrence to see what inventory they had, but due to our schedule, we didn’t have much time to spend. Enter Diana Quinn from Lawrence Hyundai. She emailed everything we had asked for and followed through with personalized texts that felt genuine with a touch of humor. She responded quickly to our texts, answering questions or quickly finding out answers when she wasn’t sure. We were on a time crunch to get into a new car after a month-long haggle with insurance and she got busy to make sure the car got to us in time for a trip to carry our “too large” present that couldn’t fit into our Mustang in order to celebrate our grandson turning one this weekend! ???? Truly, she was a rock star and we loved working with her! You will too! ????

Although my son did not get his vehicle from this location, I do have my eyes on that Hyundai Tucson. Everyone there was very friendly and not pressuring like their neighbors down the street. Based upon the service and professionalism and allowing us to look at vehicles without following us around is why they get a good rating.

Took my car in for an oil change.  Daniel is always very helpful and courteous.  He called to let me know what they did during my appointment.
They also let me use a loaner car, as they know it’s difficult for me to drop off with my work schedule.
