Top tier service!! I had spoken with a different company  but was provided the wrong information so I was rushing to get filters in my car replaced before leaving for a trip. Lake Country Auto had ordered the part and replaced it for me within an hour and completely saved the day. Being new to Lake Country I was told by multiple people this shop is the best in the area and I can see that is the absolute truth. Highly recommend Lake Country Auto.

My grandson and his family, including two toddlers, were visiting my wife and me here in Lake Country this past week, and were all set to head home to Calgary when his truck broke down. He pulled into Lake Country Auto on Friday where they determined there were 3 separate issues, and they didn’t think they could get it all done until Monday, since the shop closes on the weekend. Amazingly, the owner, John, and another mechanic got to work on it Friday afternoon, and stayed into the evening to get all the work done, since they had needed parts in stock. We were able to pick up the vehicle Saturday morning, even though the shop was closed! My grandson and family were able to get home Saturday with no problems. I would highly, unhesitatingly recommend Lake Country Auto to anyone and everyone residing in or visiting the area! Thank you John!

Great customer service, accurate quote, super fast service.  We are new to the area and were looking for a new repair shop.  Lake country auto came highly recommended so we gave them a shot.  They were knowledgeable and up front about potential repair requirements and at the end of the day they were able to repair rather than replace my broken part.  Other auto shops would have just unnecessarily replaced the components in order to bill more.  Very honest shop and great customer service offering shuttle service during repair.  As a result I took my spouse's car in as well for a full brake service.  Definitely recommend this team at Lake Country Auto.

I had sudden car trouble on my way to Kelowna and happened to pull over close to the shop. When I walked over and asked for help, they immediately came to look at the car with me and suggest what might be wrong. When they did the full diagnosis it wasn’t good news and I had a tough decision to make on repairs. They were very understanding and told me they could store my car for as long as I needed while I decided on my next step. Overall they are extremely helpful and take great care of new customers.
