3rd bike, first time buying from a dealer. OTD price was reasonable and got a decent value for my trade in, but the main thing that stuck out to me was how transparent they were the whole time through. Told me what they would sell my trade in for, talked to me about their profit margins, and even docked a document fee without me asking. I went to a couple dealers before this one and this is the only dealer I’ll be going to in the future. They’ve got a couple small dogs roaming around sometimes too, which is always nice.
