We made an appointment online to test drive a pre-owned truck only to find that when we arrived, the truck was not there. The Sales Manager, William, jumped in and located the truck, which was off-site. We were pleased and amazed that without any hesitation, William suggested bringing the truck 45 minutes to us to test drive once it was back at the dealership, which was the next day. We were impressed that William offered us the full report of the service team's findings of going over the truck upon its arrival to the dealership. We had our personal mechanic go over the truck too, and he agreed with all that the service dept. found and said they did a thorough job. Working with our credit union to close the deal was very lengthy. Seth, our salesman, was very patient and worked to see the deal through. What impressed us with this experience was how personable and honest that Seth and William were with us. I told them that even if we could not come to an agreement, I would still give them a 5-star review for the great experience. I am now headed home with a new truck. I would and will not hesitate to recommend Lake Norman Pre-Owned.

I purchased a pre-owned 2022 Acura MDX from Lake Norman Dodge Ram Preowned Center. After a couple of days, I noticed that the lane-keep assistance wasn't working. Due to the factory warranty, I took the car to the Acura dealership. However, they couldn't calibrate the lane assistance because the windshield had been replaced with an aftermarket one. They provided a quote of $1500, so I decided to return to Lake Norman Preowned Center.

Manager Mike was fantastic; he scheduled an appointment to replace the windshield and calibrate the lane assistance. The next day, Alicia from the service center called me to bring the car in for service. She also ordered the second pair of keys I had initially requested.

The windshield was successfully replaced, and the lane-keep assistance was fixed. I'm quite pleased with their service. However, I had a negative experience with their contracted key specialist. He was irresponsible, often canceling appointments and keeping me waiting for 3-4 days. When he finally arrived, he couldn't fix the issue and had to return after several days.
