The best dealership I have been to hands down! I didn’t buy my most recent Jeep here but my next vehicle will absolutely be purchased from them. I took my 22 Grand Cherokee WK to 3 different dealers over 5 times for the same issue and it consistently wasn’t getting resolved and I was going weeks without a vehicle, and continuing to be stranded with a vehicle that didn’t want to start. Thankfully I discovered Lakeshore and Sarah and Derek from the service department are the absolute best and made sure my vehicle was fixed the right way and made sure I had a loaner to get around in… (even after I hit a deer in one of their loaners!) I can’t say enough amazing things about them and their whole entire service department!
