I wanted to express my appreciation for the improved customer service at the Allentown location since my last visit in 2021. I was pleasantly surprised when the service center promptly answered my call and efficiently scheduled my appointment for an oil change. In contrast, during my previous service, I had to schedule with the Philadelphia location because, for several days, no one answered my calls.
I would like to commend Brian, who assisted me during my recent visit. He was not only helpful and polite but also provided excellent customer service. I hope Jaguar Allentown will continue to uphold this standard of service.
