I had a great experience at Jaguar Land Rover Carlsbad. It was easy to make a service appointment and they took me on time and provided me with a loaner car. My service provider was very friendly and explained everything Landrover was  going to check on my car. The communication about my car was amazing. Detailed video and explanations about everything they serviced and anything they found that needed to be fixed. My car was ready in a timely manner and washed and ready when I came to pick it up. Amazing service!

He's incredibly knowledgeable, sincere, and the utmost professional. It's the little things for me--providing me with details about the vehicle I didn't otherwise know, offering to drive me to the roof to look at a vehicle that had just arrived (I opted to walk but appreciated the courtesy) to taking the time to help me set up the vehicle's app after the purchase was finalized.
