I recently took my Range Rover SVR to Jaguar Land Rover Frisco for service, and overall, it was a positive experience. The dealership is super clean and exceptionally well-organized, which immediately made a great impression. The waiting room was delightful, packed with complimentary drinks and snacks that made the wait much more pleasant.

The staff at the dealership were cool and approachable, and I was impressed with their wide variety of inventory. However, I did have a couple of issues. It took a very long time to get connected with someone for my service appointment, which was frustrating. Additionally, the representative who assisted me seemed quite jittery and rushed, as if they wanted to get it over with quickly and send me on my way.

Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience was good, and I would recommend Jaguar Land Rover Frisco. They just need to improve their customer service efficiency a bit.
