I normally don’t leave reviews but after my experience I just had to come here and say that I had an exceptional experience with service consultant Cristian Villegas. I brought in my Range Rover because I was having issues with the radio and a coolant leak. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best service possible. He was very knowledgeable and his expertise along with professionalism were evident from the start. He was a great communicator and provided clear explanations, timely updates, and ensured that the service was completed to the highest standard.  He made this experience smooth and stress free I truly appreciate his dedication.  I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of automotive service. Five stars for the great staff at the Service Center. I dealt with Cristian V. as my Service Consultant and he was very responsive and transparent about a repair on my 2016 Land Rover which was still under extended warranty for a specific part/issue. Cristian was communicative during the repair and clearly confirmed the diagnostic pricing in case it was not covered. While I would not normally bring my vehicle here for any other out-of-warranty repair due to high labor costs and the location relative to where I live, dealing with the service center is usually a breeze and I was happy to bring my car in.
