Service department is always great here. Staff are always very nice and my car is always clean when I get it back. Beautiful new building. Nice wait room with snacks and drinks should you stay for your service. I did not purchase my Range Rover at this dealership. The sales staff was awful at the time (5yrs)! They may have changed, but I drove to Portland to buy my car and may do so again when I’m ready to order another. We’ll see. I also service my car in Spokane when I’m at our eastside home. That dealership is great also.

The manager and service manager were awesome. I bought a slightly used 2016 Evoque from them in 2019 and this year the windshield delaminated on top from the car. It was a fairly common problem with the model but it was 8 years old. I took it in and they contacted Range Rover and they took care of everything. The rental car was paid for and windshield replaced at no cost to us. 16 days. I would highly recommend them, they were nice, professional and helpful throughout the process. Ben and Darius I salute you. These days when most places spend more time trying to get out of taking care of their customers the are the flip.

Hands down the BEST car purchase/leasing experience I’ve ever had. This company knows what customer service is. There is no pressure, and You can truly see that they want you to find the car that is best for you!   Customer service like this is hard to come by nowadays. I’m going to make sure that I tell everybody that I know what an Awesome experience I had with this company. If you are looking to buy or lease a car, go check these guys out. Ask for Brian & Ben.
