My experience working with Jim Coleman Jaguar and LandRover was an absolute pleasure. Alex and Fernando were professionals and gentlemen.  Between making the purchase numbers work for me and getting a more than fair offer on my trade in, the process was stress free.  We made the 3 1/2 hour drive all the way from New Jersey, even though we have multiple Land Rover dealers within 10 miles of our home. That says it all. We love our 23 Velar. I'd highly recommend these guys!

My first time contacting this dealership was about two weeks before my service date on 4/17/24. I spoke with Tom who was nice however I never received a text or email confirmation of my service on the 17th. When I arrived, the gentleman in the service lane was a bit abrupt however I found my way inside to look for Tom. Since this was my first time visiting this dealership, I was not properly greeted and had to find my way around at this small dealership. Eventually when Tom and I connected he let me know where to find coffee and a place to sit so that I can work.

I waited for about 4.5 hours for a service. I asked about a military discount and Tom stated that the owner only allows for $100 off of any service. I met Dallas, the service mechanic that worked on my vehicle, and he was amazing. Friendly, patient in explaining what I needed and next steps.

I met the Service Manager and provided him with suggestions regarding my first experience at this dealership. He mentioned to me that I would be receiving a survey and if I could rate them with all 5s then they would be appreciative. I have not received a survey yet. Brittany called me the next day to inquire about my service. I spoke with her later in the day and asked her to please send me a survey. She mentioned that they come from the corporate office. I called and asked Tom about the survey, he mentioned that it does not come from the dealership but through a third party and then I called Land Rover Corporate to ask them to send me a survey about my experience and they told me that they do not send out the surveys, the dealership does. This is a mess. I believe that I was not given a survey from the dealership because they believed that I would not rate them with all 5s. They were correct.

Dallas is an awesome mechanic. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I think if a customer is at the dealership, someone from the service department should offer to take them to get breakfast or lunch down the street or around the corner as a courtesy, especially if you are there for more than 4 hours.

I hope the owner would consider giving a percentage off of the service for military/uniformed personnel, instead of $100. We appreciate you thinking of us however the cost to maintain these vehicles are expensive. Offering deals, coupons would be appreciated.
