They understand that if you drive away unsure, that could be bad for business. Dustin, Jag, and Kerry all made the process of getting a replacement car in a stressful and time sensitive situation as easy as possible, and I'm hugely appreciative of their understanding in the matter, especially in dealing with my constant questions and concerns. Since I drive a lot for work, I had some specific requirements for a driver-focused ride inside my budget that they found a perfect answer for. I'm happy to say it's already been on a road trip and I can't wait to enjoy many more with it.

Pulled in parking lot not knowing what I wanted just that I wanted to trade in jeep gladiator for a more practical daily driver. Met Kobe and he sat down with us and got list of everything I would like don’t like and anything. He pulled this copper blazer around and I fell in love with it. Then my husband gets there and loves it as well but finds a minor dent in it. So we began to look at others but I loved that one and so with help of Kobe got a deal worked to where they’d fix it. My salesman was Dakota. He was fantastic. From the moment I stepped out of my car, he listened to what I wanted. I had already searched the website for what I wanted to look at and he took me directly to where I wanted to go. I never felt overwhelmed about anything. In my past experiences, I have had people try to shove a car they think I should drive down my throat until I agree to buy it, but not here. I told Dakota exactly how much I wanted to put down and he brought me the paper with that exact price as a down payment. Mr. William the finance guy was excellent too. They made my experience worth it. I definitely will buy my next car from here. The price for the 2021 Hyundai I bought was insane. That cheap of a price for the low miles the vehicle had was amazing. I searched the state for that price somewhere else and it's unmatched. Also my credit isn't the best and I still walked away paying what I wanted.
