Don’t spend your money here. They sell damaged vehicles. It will cost more in repairs than what you paid for the car. One of my biggest regrets is doing business here.

I changed my review rating from a 1 to a 4. Only because Mr. John Lanier showed professionalism. I was highly disappointed and upset about a car I purchased for my daughter. I understand that used cars can come with issues. But, when a mechanic I trust told me the car was unsafe and should not have passed the NC inspection, I took this personal. Since my daughter who is also a new driver would be driving this car. I felt conned and betrayed by this dealership since the website said they hand pick their vehicles. I spoke to Amber before finalizing the sale. Our conversation gave me the reassurance to go ahead with the purchase. I don’t know anything about cars so I went by their word. However, I feel Mr. Lanier genuinely wanted to rectify the situation. He reimbursed me to fix a leaking brake hose. And also called me to make sure that I was comfortable with the amount before sending the funds for reimbursement. He also arranged & paid to get a new key cut & programmed by a locksmith in my town. Lastly, he offered to tune up the vehicle. I truly appreciate his effort. I’m pretty sure many business owners would not have done as much as Mr. Lanier did in my particular situation.

Amber B was wonderful to work with. She set my mind at ease and helped me with getting everything in order.  I live 2.5 hours away and having her be honest with me and talk me through the vehicle I wanted to purchase made the actual transaction simple once I arrived at the dealership.
