The service manager, George, answered and immediately made an appointment for me and ensured the parts were available.  He even followed up with me the next day to confirm the appointment.  When I took my vehicle in upon returning home, it went very smoothly with no issues.

I've got to say that I love Honda, period. Not only for their cars, but also customer service is always excellent - Randy helped me while here and he was up front, a legit help, and respectful of what I wanted out of a car. The finance department was also amazing and worked with me on the pricing I wanted. Also, I love this Honda's waiting area - coffee machine is AWESOME, and the area is comfortable with a lot of seating. Would definitely recommend this location.
