From the moment I started discussion over email with Felix till the car was delivered in less than 24 hrs it was an incredible and professional experience.  Felix took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us through a range of options and guided us with the best financing options. We were amazed on his and Jay’s technical expertise and the way they explained the minute details of each feature . A great and old school dealership in the best ways. Felix and Luz were fantastic, professional, and accommodating, and I appreciated their sincerity and honesty.

Where other dealerships made me feel like I was just a faceless person in a sea of lounge chairs and terrible coffee, Felix and Luz added a personal touch that I didn’t know I was missing, and reminded me of how car dealerships used to be when my family bought their cars back in the day.

I visited the dealership over many days. If you’ve ever been car shopping, you know how it goes. A reason I wanted to come back was because on my first visit, Felix handed me the keys, a license plate, and gave me a route he suggested I take on a test drive. He didn’t accompany me, which is in stark contrast to how every other dealership hounds you and holds your hand, constantly selling you at every turn on the drive.

When I came back, he asked me how I liked it. I knew we wanted the Pilot, but he suggested we try the Odyssey too. We actually enjoyed both, but we both liked the look of the Pilot more.

It took us a week to get to a place where we could sign and drive off.

The moment I knew I was going to go with Felix and Luz was when I showed up for my last negotiation. My conversation there revealed all I needed to know about them and the deal I was making, and we came back and signed that afternoon.

I do hope Hopkins continues to do well, and I intend on staying a customer as long as I’m around. Thank you Felix and Luz!
