I recently embarked on a quest to add another car to my collection and stumbled upon a gem at Lauderdale Mini. The vehicle in question was a 2019 Volvo V90 Cross Country T5 Momentum, boasting low mileage and impeccable condition. What's more, it housed the T5 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. To top it off, this particular V90 Cross Country sported a unique white paint job with a dark interior, making it stand out even more.

Lauderdale Mini had this beauty listed at a fantastic price, making the decision to purchase an easy one. After completing the online purchase and financing forms, I was promptly contacted by Angel Cruz, who became my trusted guide throughout the entire process.

The dealership went above and beyond by holding the vehicle for me for over a week until I could make the trip down from Wilmington, NC. Accompanied by my 13-year-old son, we flew down to FLL on a Saturday morning and were warmly greeted by Angel upon our arrival. We wasted no time and embarked on a test drive to ensure the vehicle met my expectations. While everything checked out splendidly, a minor issue with the support battery arose during the test drive. Angel swiftly addressed it with the service department while I finalized paperwork in the Finance and Insurance department.

Before we knew it, we were cruising away in our newfound treasure. The journey back home with my son was nothing short of memorable, filled with quality time and bonding. I extend a heartfelt shoutout to Lauderdale Mini and Angel Cruz for their exceptional service and dedication. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone in the Fort Lauderdale area or beyond in search of a top-notch used vehicle.

I was extremely impressed with the professional service I received when my car had a coolant leak. John Luc gave me a good estimate and was able to explain what the steps would be to getting my car repaired.  He is very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and because of this was able to get the issue diagnosed and repaired within a day. I was able to meet the tech Nate and was impressed by his attention to detail. He knew exactly what the issue was and what parts were needed to repair it. This car is my daily driver, and so it is important to me that is kept in excellent condition. It's difficult to find reliable mechanics who and order all OEM parts and won't cut any corners. I felt that the prices were fair and I wasn't being upsold on anything unnecessary. The speed of the service was an unexpected but welcome benefit. I am relieved that I can trust Lauderdale Service Center. I'm very happy with my service advisor, John Luc, as well as the tech who worked on my car, Nate. I will continue to come here for any future service. I was so impressed that I purchased a 3-year oil plan on the spot without any hesitation. I didn't plan on buying that, but dealing with John and Nate made me confident that I will continue to return to Lauderdale Service center for at least 3 more years. Also, the coffee maker in the lounge is a nice touch while I'm waiting for my ride.

Scott was an amazing person to work with.  He is very knowledgeable about Mini and truly personalized the experience.
