Like to share an amazing shopping experience at Lehigh Valley Hyundia in Emmaus PA. Unfortunately started off extremely poor at another dishonest Hyundia dealership in Monroe County PA.
After walking out on a purchase at the other dealership, I reached out to Lehigh Valley Hyundia to set an appointment. Upon entering I was immediately welcomed an was assigned to sales expert Chris Miller. I was looking for a Hyundia Santa Fe Limited in a certain color which was on their Web site. Unfortunately the one they had just sold.
Chris Miller who was gracious, extremely knowledgeable and confident assured me he can get what I was looking for within 3 days. Before I left, we had a test drive, shown all the wonderful features, agreed on a great price and rate, also received a fair market value for my trade.
Much to my surprise I was contacted the next day by Chris, they received the car and I could pick it up 2 days after my initial appointment.
Though I highly recommend Chris, I will tell you every associate made an impression on me with there kindness, this says alot for the management and ownership of this dealership.
More surprisingly, the finance part was pleasant as well, no hidden extras, what was quoted was presented so I'm a extremely satisfied customer who owns a beautiful new Hyundia Sante Fe Limited. An all around beautiful and amazing experience. I highly recommend if your in the market for a new car, go visit Lehigh Valley Hyundia in Emmaus PA, you won't be disappointed.
