My first service  at Lexus of Atlantic City was amazing.    When I first called to make my appointment I spoke with Harry, one of their Service Consultants. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by a very personable gentleman who took all of my information and then introduced me to Harry.  Sorry I didn’t get the other gentleman’s name but he was all smiles and very professional.Harry was an absolute gentleman and very professional. We shared some good laughs while he was processing my work order.  You can tell he and everyone else that was in the service area really enjoy working there. I’m sure ownership is very proud of their team.  Thanks for a totally stress free experience from drop off to pick up.  Btw… I was provided a loaner vehicle of a brand new Lexus RX350 while mine was in the shop. Complimentary car wash also.  Harry even gave me his personal cell number. 5 Star Lexus Service all the way!!

Excellent customer service. Came in with flat tire  and explained to Rep. Harry Collins my situation and that I pretty much wasted an afternoon waiting on a tow truck to just to get to me to change the flat so I could drive to Lexus of Atlantic City; also I have the Lexus Tire and Rim protection (which I recommend if you have any type of low profile tire or large rims-which came w my model). As I was explaining to him he was straight away to working on my problem and said @45 min or so. And this was late afternoon and thank goodness the shop was not busy it seemed. I was out in about hour and on my way. Mr. Collins was diligent and quick to resolve my issue the minute I walked in.

Traveled to Cape May NJ on vacation and had a tire problem.  Took to Lexus of Atlantic City after setting up appointment with Harry Collins.  Our drop off and pick up in service garage was seamless.  The Service Manager was very well organized and got right to the  problem at hand.  Harry Collins set up our appointment for next morning and took into his office as soon as our car checked in.  We had purchased the tire protection plan when purchasing our Lexus.  We couldn't of been happier with Lexus of Atlantic City and our tire protection plan did exactly what it described as coverage.
