I came in to get my 2nd key for my car. I was told it would take 30-45 minutes. I also needed to go across the road to Verizon to get my cell phone checked out. I was going to cross Route 73, but I probably would be taking my life in my hands with all the heavy traffic.  Jamie Robinson offered to give me a shuttle ride there and to call when I was finished to be picked up. When I got back, my car was finished and they even washed it for me.
Lexus Cherry Hill definitely makes their customers feel comfortable and  makes things easy for them.
