After owning my first Lexus Es350 for 10 years. It was time to return to Lexus of the Lehigh Valley to purchase another. The staff and atmosphere here are always enjoyable and knowledgeable. I took 2 test drives and was very impressed with Kyle W. and his knowledge of both cars and their features and differences. He helped me navigate which to choose based on my wants and needs, he located the color I wanted and saw me through the whole process. He guided me to James Kelly’s office (another knowledgeable and pleasant guy to talk too) so we could go over numbers, trade in values and protection plans. The deal was done! James & Kyle both kept me updated on the arrival of my new car,procedures and time of pick up. I went with the Lexus Es350 F SPORT this time in bright Blue.  I just LOVE it and I am so happy with it.  Kyle, James and Ryan F ( who helped with making sure all the signatures and paperwork were done) made this transaction seamless for me.  Kyle got the whole car set up and customized for me and taught me how to use all the great new features. James even reached out to me to see how everything was going and if I had any questions.
