Pulling into a climate controlled garage was a pleasant surprise. Everything was immaculate. I was  promptly greeted and ushered inside to work with Ed Swift. Ed was welcoming, polite, capable, etc. He was everything you want in a customer service role. And the little velvet bag of chocolates when I picked up my car was a very nice touch. Sometimes the simple things are what bring a smile to a customer’s face. We also love the vehicle. No mark-up on a difficult to get TX 500h luxury and they found the best financing rate for us. I also traded in my old vehicle and they offered a fair price off the bat, absolutely no need to negotiate (which was great).
