Went to this dealership after having a terrible experience at my local Lexus dealer. What a difference of night and day!! Gloriana greeted us at the door and made the whole car buying process such a pleasure.  Her knowledge of the Lexus line and her obvious love for the car I was interested in..the IS 350 F Sport..convinced me that was the car I was leaving with. I was actually accompanying my son who was test driving a vehicle he was interested in and I was "possibly " thinking of buying a car! Never dreaming I would actually be making a purchase that day.  I can't recommend this dealership and Gloriana enough!!! She is a gem and truly an asset to Smithtown Lexus. Recently I purchased my second Lexus, and I am so happy that I went to Smithtown dealership. Staff was very friendly, nice and welcoming. My salesman - Mo is an icing on the cake! He is a super nice, funny , easygoing and professional young gentleman, who made whole process very simple and comfortable for me. Never pushed or pressured me for anything, or rushed me to make my decision, instead he just patiently waited for me till I was ready and sure with my choice,  and he gave me great deal.  I highly recommend Smithtown Lexus and especially Mo.
Apparently car buying process is not that complicated at all, but you have to get a good salesman , someone like Mo) :)
