I appreciated that Corey and Mike, the sales manager were BOTH involved in open discussion with me regarding trade value and price of the car. I had a wonderful experience with Frank! He was very patient and communicative, and answered any questions I had. He was not pushy and also made the experience as easy for us as possible. We had a couple hiccups in the process (due to no fault of his own or the dealership), and he took the time to work with us to make sure issues were resolved in a timely manner.
