Took my 2020 Escape in for a free recall fix of the front door hinges. The people at the collision center were friendly and informative. I was fortunate in that my car could be fixed in less than a day.  When I went to pick up my car, it looked better than when I brought it in. They had given it a great washing! I made an initial online inquiry about a particular vehicle at 8:58pm and was immediately contacted back letting me know that he’d begin working on my request first thing the next morning. They did not have the model/color vehicle I wanted in stock but within 24 hours Mark was able to locate the exact model/color we were looking for and started making arrangements to have the vehicle transferred.
