I wanted to take the time to send out a huge thank you to Curt Biron and his salesman Lucas for their outstanding service in assisting my son Cameron with his very first vehicle purchase! If i could give 10 stars I would. I have ambivalent thoughts about my overall monthly payments, but I don't have those thoughts regarding Dan the Man who was my designated car salesman.

Dan seemed to fight hard for me getting the best rate possible. Moreover, he delivered the best customer service I've ever seen. Dan walked me through how the process worked, he proved to me that the interests and payment installments were the average, gave me sound advice regarding insurance, and even some business advice for my personal endeavors, plus showed me how to operate the vehicle during the purchase. And ehen i thought it was over, on the way home he did a follow-up call on his way home from the dealership to make sure that I had a good drive home.

I was impressed by not only his knowledge but his "genuineness" to be committed to my success at any level.

I highly recommend Dan at Libertyville Nissan!!!

Tom Sullivan and Curt Biron are both stellar, trust worthy individuals, and together make an amazing team! They are always a phone call away whenever needed, I've been dealing with them for years, and they yet again,  this time around set the bar very high.  We came in and drove a couple cars, picked the one we liked, settled on a price and had paperwork done all in less then two hours. This is by far the best car buying experience I have had ever in my life. Lucas H. was our salesman, holy cow amazing. He knows his stuff. They are not pressure salesman and he was very patient with me! He shared his text and he kept up with me the 3-4 days it took for me to make a decision and shop a deal. He answered all my questions about moving from Gas to Electric. I had some anxiety about this and they remained patient through it all. On top of it all, they continued to shop my used car and got more for it than they thought and they turned that into a lower payment than I expected and originally agreed to, by a significant amount. This shows me how well they treat customers and I am happy with my Volkswagen ID.4 lease. Lucas is absolutely amazing and I hope to have a relationship with him and this dealership moving forward for a long time. A+++++ experience, never happy buying a car due to the process, Lucas and the whole dealership all the way to financing went so smoothly, I am at a loss of words! Amazing job!
