My car buying experience was phenomenal. All of the staff was very helpful, but Steven went above and beyond. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles, and not at all the stereotypical “pushy salesman.” He was reasonable and seemed like he actually wanted me to be happy with my car, instead of just wanting a sale. A lot of times women feel like they will be ripped off scammed when they buy a car, so I was nervous going into the dealership because I didn’t want to be pushed into a deal I didn’t want. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or uneasy. My questions were answered with no hint of condescension, even if they were dumb questions.
On top of the buying experience, Steven exceeded expectations by actually stopping on the highway to help change my husband’s tire. He happened to drive by and notice us, turned around and was able to help us, saving us a tow bill.
I would definitely recommend coming to this dealership, and I will be returning for any future cars!!

I just completed a purchase of a vehicle from a different state. I am from Las Vegas, NV.  Had a few hiccups on financing an older vehicle, 2008 VW R32 but found a lender. Not only was I able to find a lender, the dealership also reached out to their lenders as a back up. I did all transactions over email and phone and now the VW R32 is on its way to Las Vegas,NV. Extremely grateful to the Sales Team Kenny & Brian and the Finance Team Nate & Brian for making this whole process happen. I’m sure it was challenging for them but they still made it happen. Thank you Finance Team and Sales Team for selling me this rare vehicle. Only 5000 of this model was shipped to North America from Germany and now I will have one in my garage.
