I ventured into Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet last Saturday hoping to gain some additional research hours on a potential new car purchase in the future.  I was welcomed by everyone on the showroom floor with friendly smiles and lots of energy buzzing around the dealership.  Renee was my sales advisor - personable, beyond knowledgeable and a great listener.  After learning more about each other we ventured out for a test drive of a Chevy Blazer EV. I immediately was impressed by the speed and handle of the car, the infotainment system, the visual displays, the design details around the AC vents, interior of seats, the full moon roof and so many other things.  I was equally impressed to learn that Renee has been with Lou Bachrodt for 19 years (if memory serves me!) - and it showed!!!  We continued our conversation in the showroom where I met Kenny - someone with equal tenure and similar passion and knowledge to Renee. End result - I left that night with a beautiful 2025 Blazer EV!  The rest of the process was seamless and each person on the finance team, sales team, etc were helpful, knowledgeable and patient. From David in the BDC setting the appointment for me and relaying my initial needs to Renee, to Renee sharing her experience in owning/driving a Blazer EV of her own and never making me feel pressured in the process, to Kenny bringing a few other options to the experience, and to Andy in Finance providing detailed information on multiple service and financial options; the overall experience was incredible. The goal that day was to gather more information for my research but everything aligned and this I left with a new car 6 hours later.  From the incredible human interaction that day, the perfect car and ideal offer, and the follow up post purchase! I am glad I decided to make a random stop that day and look forward to sending friends to Lou Bachrodt in the future.

I just bought a Traverse with them, Joabi was the seller and he was very helpful as I live in Orlando (almost 3 hours away from their store), he helped me and assisted me all the way through. I had a bad experience with Toyota and with them I felt like I was treated more then just numbers. My credit is not very good at the moment and still I got a great financing plan, they quoted for other insurance companies and now I'll pay $50 less than I was paying in car insurance. So they really did the best so I could have the best option in the market. This is my first experience with Chevrolet and I'm thankful for all the attention Joabi and the whole team gave me. In less than 24h I was with a new car with no stress. 100% recommend them!!!!

On April 16th 2021  My Birthday ???? I drove my 2015 Ford F-150 Sport into Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet in Coconut Creek to buy myself a Birthday Present ????.A  Brand New Beautiful 2021 Black Silverado Ext Cab 4x4. Never in my Wildest Dreams did I think I would get the deal I got !

I was so Happy with my experience at Lou Bachrodt the first time, that I decided to go back there again,and Trade my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado for a Brand New Black 2025 Chevrolet Silverado Ext Cab with a 6 1/2 Ft. Bed.Best decision I ever made. Was even better than the First time there ! From the Manager, to the Salesman Elan, who also sold me my first brand new Truck there in 2021,and last but not least the Finance Manager.All of them went above, and beyond to give me the BEST DEAL EVER !

Had the pleasure of dealing with Renee. I previously resided literally behind this dealership for about 15 years. I have purchased at least one or two other vehicles in the past I recently moved to the other coast to Florida Fort Myers. I was doing a nationwide search on this particular vehicle. It’s so happen this dealership had it I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Constance who is the Internet sales person she was courteous polite, answered all of my questions and put me in touch with Renee. I had asked for more detailed videos and specifications about this particular vehicle within moments. I received an email with detailed pictures and videos I had asked for a price and receive that that same day several days went by and I was unable to drive across to view this vehicle however they had mentioned to me it was still available and when can I come in for a test drive the other day I was in the area and stopped on in and another sales person by the name of Tomassisted me with the test drive. The process was easy. I push the vehicle for a fair price. there’s a reason why certain dealerships succeed in others fail. Customer Service is vital in this industry although I didn’t buy a Chevy let’s hope that this Ford doesn’t give me problems lol
