Travelling with my family, and hours from home, we experienced a charging error issue on our XC40 Recharge. Lovering was the closest dealership to us. It was lunch hour and they had no tech available to help us, but did their best to help us troubleshoot and solve the problem. They were extremely nice, accommodating, and empathetic. My son and I stopped by on Wednesday Aug 7 and could not have been treated better by a car salesperson. My son was just getting back from overseas contracting and needed a car quickly.  Thomas Cain was awesome.  Knowledge of the product, professional and engaging with an old man looking out for his son. Purchase of the Certified 2022 Volvo S60 was smooth and we had a great car in less than a day.  Our 2017 Volvo XC90 (Magic Blue!) will be due for replacement soon.
