Allen kept me informed throughout my entire car purchase process and answered my questions about cablegate, roof rail leakage, and toyota white paint peeling. I felt confident in toyota's ability to stand behind their product. I also asked him to not install any dealership decals, remove the side molding, and remove the roof rack cross bars. Allen did all of these things prior to pickup. He put everything neatly in the trunk. As an afterthought, I asked about a trade in over the phone and they were able to give me a fair price. This morning, we drove 2.5 hours in our trade in car to Loving Toyota. Honestly, I was apprehensive as I personally experienced a bait and switch situation at a previous dealership. I was nervous/anxious when I should've been excited about the car. Once we got to the dealership, Allen showed us the car and we did the test drive. I gave him our trade in and they gave us the exact amount that was quoted over text. We looked over the sales doc, signed the papers, wrote them a check, and we were done! It took 10 mins in their financial office. There was no pressure buy any warranty or extra services. I've purchased 5 toyotas before this and I've never seen a dealership this efficient. It was painless and for the first time in months, I felt relieved that the journey is finally over. Now I get the enjoy my new car! ????

All in all, there were dealerships who promised lower prices. It seems to me, low price = long wait time. Fast wait time = model premium markup, lots of dealer add ons, or low ball trade in offers. Taking everything into account, I felt that I got a fair price, excellent customer service, and very fast and painless car buying experience. I would recommend loving toyota and Allen Chhay to those who want a easy and honest transaction. What they quote you is exactly what you will get. No funny business. ????
