I went in knowing what car I wanted and was ready to buy it. Unfortunately the car needed new tires to pass inspection so we weren't sure if I would be getting my car that day as expected. Because of this, I was told I could start on the paperwork or wait to test drive it, because of the eagerness of buying my first car I chose to start on the paperwork. Everyone that works at Luna Family Auto Sales, is extremely friendly and as we were waiting to hear back from the people working on my car, we were able to get to know the workers, share stories and talk about my car. And luckily, I was able to get my car that day! I will never go anywhere else except to Luna's, and I'll only recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. Not only, were they not pushy like many dealerships are, especially when someone is buying their first car, but they make you feel like family. If I could go higher than 5 stars I would!

My husband and I had a superior experience buying our Hyundai Tucson this week! Tony and his automotive technician were very friendly and took their time explaining all the work that had been done recently to the vehicle. The financing process was simple and online which made it easy to do from anywhere. Because of my work schedule we couldn't get there until mid afternoon and they stayed late to make sure every detail was finished and we didn't have to make another trip down the next day from out of town. The vehicle was spotless thank to the hard work of the lady that does the detailing. We will definitely come back again! Very down to Earth people- felt like we had known them forever. Thanks again!

We went in to look at a car for my wife. The first thing I noticed was there were no pushy salesmen like most dealerships have. They make sure that you are able to look at and try out whatever vehicle you're interested in then they let you make your decision whether you go further or not. When you walk into the building it is clean, comfortable and relaxing. They are very helpful and willing to answer any and all questions you may have. Above all, they are honest! After discussing  the quality of the vehicle, he informed me that, before selling it, it would need an alignment. He could have hidden that but, as I said, honesty. Shortly after that, my wife drove away in her new car with a full tank of gas and a smile on her face. Thanks guys. Nice car and excellent service!

I need to do a second review but I guess Google doesn't let you do that. I bought a second vehicle from Tony the next day and it's only fair that I do a second review. After we finalized the deal for my wife's car I noticed he had a truck that I liked the looks of. I took it for a ride and when I got back Tony offered me a deal on it that was quite generous. I went home and slept on it and called him in the morning and told him I wanted it. By the time I got to the dealership the paperwork was done. I signed the dotted line and he handed me the key. What yall need to know is that it is VERY unusual for me to buy two vehicles in two days but that's the kind of dealership that you're dealing with here. Good vehicles. Good service. Honesty and reliability. Thanks tony.

Luna does it RIGHT, Long over due. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. Shall I decide when my truck dies not to buy a new vehicle I will 110% be back. So with the market I paid a lot for my used F-150 she’s needed a lot of work but I love this truck. It did have an issue out the gate. Luna sells a great warranty packaged with the car that saved me timing chain and (other problem I’m forgetting) which is normal for these trucks around 120,000. It had needed a lot of work and was paying Tony for it. I had asked a lot to defer payment so I could pay the repairs he was ok with that every time as I always paid him back. However I will edit this review if he gives me permission. But he went ABOVE and I means ABOVE and beyond to make it right! Mom and I are happy! The office experience was great! Fair pricing! Luna is over all a nice guy more than a smile which is rare in this industry he TRULY cares about his customers. I do want to state I got angry at him as my truck had problems. That was wrong of me and I apologize as I have in person! He made everything right. For that Mom and I thank you as this truck has been some work but a more of a blessing then ever I LOVE IT! God bless you and maybe see you when the truck gives out in 10 years ;) thanks for everything Tony!
