After a couple disappointing phone conversations with other "advocates", he stepped back in to get a tremendous solution.

I did a ton of research before choosing a car and settled on the make and model before even looking for a dealership.  Claremont Subaru  had the most models to choose from.  My salesman was just a kid but he knew what every single button and switch was for. I was very impressed.  What I really liked was after agreeing on a price they don't lock you in some back room with the finance guy. Where they put the bright lights and thumbs crews to you, trying to get you to buy an extended warranty and who knows what else. Nope, none of that here, they offer it but nothing pushy. Anyway, I'm happily driving around in my new Subaru Legacy.

Two months ago I went in and purchased a 2014 Jeep for my daughter.  My concern was that the suspension was in perfect shape.  They tasked Shawn in the service department to update the bushings and tie rods.  He went above and beyond to ensure it was safe for my daughter.
