After purchasing an additional 36,000 mile warranty with our certified Explorer we had a few minor issues that needed attention.
Steve Schmidt has been our primary service contact for several
years and he was extremely helpful  (as always).  One of the problems was more involved than we anticipated but the technician Tyler Hastings was able to complete the needed service on all issues within a day of receiving the parts. Fortunately the extended warranty covered the repairs.
After calling other Ford dealers  for service in recent years Lynch has earned our repeat business.
