Tim was extremely patient and very communicative with us throughout the process. He would always assure us that he’s doing the best that he can to fix our vehicle. We fully trust him as our mechanic.

He’s working and calling both my insurance company and I, but despite that he still fixed the vehicle at a decent length of time regardless.

He has made a forever customer from us. There will never be another repair shop we will go to besides Magnum Automotive.
