We were looking for a used car for our teenage daughter. She had her heart set on a white Mazda 3. We searched many places and couldn’t find anything that was in good shape within her budget. We found one through Manheim used car factory and I thought it was to good to be true. We looked at numerous cars and conveniently they would only take pics of the “ good parts” and then found that the car wasn’t true to the pics.  I was a little hesitant about buying from a small car lot but I read the reviews beforehand and they were great, I felt good about checking it out.  We called and left a message and Chad promptly returned our call. We wanted to take a look at it that night and even though it was close to closing he accommodated us. For a 2007 , this car was unbelievably in almost perfection condition. Chad was super friendly, professional and not pushy at all.  I have to say that I would definitely purchase from Chad again and recommend them to family and friends. My daughter absolutely LOVES her car! Thank you so much for selling us my daughters first dream car!!!

Today I was able to officially purchase my car at Manheim used car factory! From the beginning to the end was a stress free and great experience. Darrien sold me my vehicle and was very welcoming and flexible with how to get me a car of my interest. I must say all the staff was amazing as well! I was searching for a car for my daughter that was needed quickly. After days of searching for something in her price range and in good condition I found a 2013 Malibu at Mannheim Used Car Factory. It was was in good condition and ran well. Darren informed me that all the cars are checked by a local mechanic before they go on the lot. We purchased the car which  took a only about 20 minutes to complete the transaction.
The following day the check engine light came on. I informed Darren who immediately had the issue addressed and repaired at no cost to us. He offered to pick up and drop off the car if needed. He was honest and forthright.  The car is great. I would buy another car from Manheim Used Car Factory and Darren if I need one any time soon.
